Membership Fees 2008-2009

The club membership year runs from 1st February each year to 31st January of the following year. All members will complete a renewal form at the start of each year to extend their club membership for another year.

The annual club membership fee for 2008-2009 remains at £30.

Additionally, all swimmers must be members of the ASA. This membership brings a range of benefits to the individual and to the club - see the ASA website for more information. Swimmers who will enter licensed galas during the year pay an ASA membership fee (category 2) of £18. Swimmers who will only swim within the club and at local galas pay an ASA membership fee (category 1) of £4.75. Further details are provided with the renewal letter.

From 1st Feb 2008, the session fees have been replaced by a flat monthly fee for all squads of £10 per month per swimmer, paid by regular standing order on the 1st of each month. This includes sessions at Thornes Park. Additionally swimmers pay a pool entrance fee to the council (at the pool reception desk) for each session that they attend. Our swimmers pay a reduced rate for these sessions - currently £1.40 per session. This does NOT apply to Thornes sessions which are covered out of the monthly fee.
